Composting in the THS Cafeteria!
After almost a year-long wait, Towson High School finally graduated the waiting list for a composting initiative at school! Since the first day of school, two 64 gallon-bins (per lunch) have been placed in the cafeteria for composting. Club members take them outside to the dumpsters every Monday and Thursday to be picked up by specialized compost collectors.
This is an exciting opportunity for us to make a difference in our school and in the community!
What goes in the bins?!?
